The Scottish Churches Parliamentary Office was set up in 1999 following the establishment of the Scottish Parliament. It is an ecumenical office with the vision to build a fruitful relationship between the churches in Scotland and the Parliament, and help them to engage effectively in the political process.
This partnership, signed in January 2010, is between the Scottish Episcopal Church, the Methodist Church in Scotland and the United Reformed Church National Synod of Scotland.
