The Community of Protestant Churches in Europe (CPCE) is an umbrella organisation of Protestant Churches including Lutheran, Methodist, Reformed, and United Churches.
It was the 1995 Methodist Conference that resolved that the Methodist Church assent to the "Joint Declaration of Church Fellowship" between the Methodist Churches in Europe and the Churches linked by the Leuenberg Agreement.
