New Methodist Youth President Welcomed
15 September 2025
The new Methodist Youth President, Genesis Padgett (them/they), aged 19, was welcomed to their new role with a service at their home church, Emmanuel Methodist Church in Barnsle, on Sunday morning, 14 September. Also attending were the President of the Methodist Conference, the Revd Richard Andrew, and the Vice-President, Matthew Forsyth, along with family and friends of Genesis.

Head of Service for MAST attends Education Garden Party at Buckingham Palace

Charlotte Taylor, Head of Service for MAST, the Methodist Academies and Schools Trust, was invited to attend the first ever Education Garden Party held at Buckingham Palace on the 14 May to celebrate and recognise those working in education.
