Getting lost on the way - Countdown to President’s Christian Aid marathon run

With only one month to go the Methodist President of Conference,Rev Dr Neil Richardson, has stepped up his training for the LondonMarathon.

The President, however, has run up against an unusual problem:he can't find his way home after training. Dr Richardson himselfexplained: "Travelling up and down the country for services andmeetings means that I often stay in a different place every night.Locating my hotel after a long morning run can be quitetroublesome!"

But such disorientation could be to his advantage in his questto break the 4 hour mark. It involves, Dr Richardson said, "runningfurther than expected".

Dr Richardson is raising funds for Christian Aid's work inSierra Leone. "Grateful and encouraged" by the sponsorship so far,he hopes it will continue to gather momentum as he makes his wayround the Connexion.
