Registration for the 2025 Conference will open in January, when Members of the Conference will be sent an invitation containing a personalised link to the online registration system. The date for the opening of registration will be published here as soon as it is set.
We can make special arrangements for Members who, for some reason, are unable to register online. If this applies to you, please contact your Synod Secretary in the first instance.
When should I arrive?
To keep the cost of Conference to an affordable level, we estimate the travelling time for each group of representatives and book their accommodation accordingly. Expected arrival days are shown in the table which you can download below.
If you need to arrive sooner than we have allowed for, please get in touch and we will see if this can be arranged for you.
