The Methodist Conference Exhibition offers a unique opportunity to connect with representatives and visitors to the Conference. The Exhibition will run from Thursday 26 June until Tuesday 1 July and will be located in the Gallery, near where refreshments will be served during breaks.

Exhibition opening times are listed in the Terms and Conditions, which you can download below. It is not necessary for you to staff your stand at all times, but you may wish to take note of the Conference timetable when planning your stand staffing rota, the timetable will be published on the Conference website in May/early June.

Applications are now open. The deadline for applications is midnight on Friday 21 February 2025 and we will contact you in March to let you know if you have been allocated a space.
