Encouraging those involved in education can be a simple step in building good relationships with others who are part of helping communities flourish. Some churches already do this by providing gifts to local schools or sending cards. Think about the whole community - from students to teachers, from school support staff to leaders. Help show those who work in school communities that they make a valuable contribution to the wider community. You may already have people in your church or those you connect with that are involved in education and this is a great place to start in affirming people in education. Maybe you have young people who have left for university or are completing exams at school - how might you encourage them?
