Supporting lay employees
Throughout the recruitment process for your lay employee, you will have committed a great deal of thought, energy, time and prayer. When the individual accepts your offer of employment, there will be rejoicing and sometimes a sense of relief that a significant milestone has been reached. As one milestone has indeed been reached there is now an opportunity to plan for a successful period of employment where the mission of the church or circuit can be developed in new ways.
