For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.' (Ecclesiastes 3, NRSVA)

In this current liminal season and time of change, we need to reflect on what God may be calling us to, but also what God might be asking us to pause, set aside, or cease doing. This may be something personal to us, or something which the church community is being called to stop doing. This section focusses on endings, both for individuals and for churches and congregations, with a range of resources to help leaders, individuals and congregations discern whether it is time to end something and how to do that well, recognising that endings are part of the seasonal nature of God's work and that for new life, sometimes death is necessary.
