This resource has been designed to support ordained and lay people as they leave one ministry and context and enter another. It consists of five minimodules made up of reflections, questions and exercises to support the transition and aid learning. It is presented flexibly so that a ‘pick and mix’ approach can be taken, enabling the most relevant resources for the individual and the context to be used, as appropriate.
