Positive Working Together establishes ‘shared commitments’ to how we behave together, as Methodists, in the lives of our churches.

Positive Working Together means we commit to:

  • treating every person fairly, equally and with dignity and respect
  • listening carefully to each other
  • speaking and acting respectfully at all times
  • being courteous in all communication
  • encouraging openness and honesty
  • never using verbal or physical intimidation
  • relating positively with one another even when we disagree

Instructions for local printing of the Shared Commitments card

We have supplied a print-ready version of the Positive Working Together Shared Commitments card.

You can add details of local contacts into the editable box on the PDF and then print copies via a local or online print company.

Some examples of companies who can do this for you are as follows. Please note, these are not recommendations and there are plenty of other options out there. If you have a local print shop you may prefer to go there.

Vistaprint https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/business-cards/standard

Solopress https://www.solopress.com/business-cards/economy/

Printed.com https://www.printed.com/products/flat-business-cards/

Firstly, add your desired copy to the PDF and then save it to your computer.

If ordering via an online printer, the process varies slightly from company to company, but the key things are as follows.

  1. Select size 85x55mm business card
  2. Select double sided
  3. Choose your desired thickness and quality. Standard business cards would tend to be on 400gsm silk, but other options are available, including gloss or matte lamination
  4. Select to upload your own artwork
  5. Choose your quantity
  6. Order your cards

If you have any questions or issues, please contact publishing@methodistchurch.org.uk.
