Family diversity

Families come in all shapes and sizes and its important to find ways to offer a warm and genuine welcome to all. 

To help churches to think about the families that we meet and know of, a resource has been created to use alongside the coaster set that was produced to go along with the Family Ministry Research Report.

For our churches to be places of welcome and belonging for same sex couples, with or without children, we need to consider how best we can adapt and improve our practices. We recommend exploring Module 7.2 of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit ‘Welcoming Same-Sex Couples and Their Families’
