Director of Ministry Development
I am writing to inform you that the Connexional Team is seeking to appoint a Director of Ministry Development to be an advocate and a catalyst for ministry development throughout the Church. The role is based within our Ministries team which provides training, development and support to those serving in lay and ordained ministry.
The successful applicant will develop, manage, implement and evaluate work relating to;
- Ministry development for the whole people of God
- Vocational discernment
- Supervision as part of ministry development
- Working with others to ensure the support for enabling Ministers to fulfil their potential and flourish (including production of the Ministers Handbook and material relating to the Ministerial Covenant).
This post is open to lay and ordained and works closely with the Ministries Committee.
