Flu vaccination

Dear colleagues,

Every year The Methodist Church provides an opportunity for all staff to get a flu vaccination. This year our provider is Boots Pharmacy and vouchers will be available in September/October 2021. To locate your local Boots store to establish if it provides flu vaccinations, please follow this link https://www.boots.com/store-locator. It would be advisable to contact the local branch beforehand as they may operate on an appointment basis.

In order to make it as easy as possible to get a vaccination, all you need to do is send an email to wellbeing at wellbeing@methodistchurch.org.uk; stating your full name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and how you would like to receive the flu vaccination voucher. This year you have two options; you can receive the voucher by email or via text message. Please allow two working days to receive a response to your email request. Once you are in receipt of your voucher present it to the Boots store pharmacy most convenient to you that provides the vaccination service.

Please ensure you keep up to date with the government regulations regarding Covid-19.

There are a limited number of vouchers so they are available on a first come basis.
