Flu vouchers expiry date

Dear all,

I have received confirmation from Boots making clear that the flu voucher date cannot be extended but as long as the appointment is booked before 30 November then a date in December can be selected and the voucher code will still be accepted.

Therefore, if you wish to book a voucher, which will be on a first come basis as we have only 10 remaining, please send an email to wellbeing@methodistchurch.org.uk, stating your full name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and how you would like to receive the flu vaccination voucher. This year you have two options; you can receive the voucher by email or via text message. Please allow two working days to receive a response to your email request. Once you are in receipt of your voucher present it to the Boots store pharmacy most convenient to you that provides the vaccination service.
