International Men’s Day
International Men’s Day will be marked on 19 November 2022 and is an opportunity to highlight issues facing men and men’s health. The theme every year focuses on:
- Positive male role models and men leading by example
- Making a difference to the well-being and lives of men and boys
- Raising awareness and/or funds for charities supporting men and boys’ well-being
- Promoting a positive conversation about men, manhood and masculinity.
It’s a chance to learn more about the stigma men can face and to raise awareness on men’s health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide.
