International Men’s Day – Sunday 19 November

International Men’s Day is marked on Sunday 19 November. The purpose of this day is to celebrate the positive values men bring and to raise awareness of men’s well-being, especially in relation to the international male suicide rate. The theme for 2023 is “ZERO MALE SUICIDE”.
