LWPT and LWP Homes

For many years, Local Preachers’ Mutual Aid was supported faithfully through collections at Local Preachers’ Meetings. Support for one of its successor organisations (LWPT) is still included in Standing Order 562 as a responsibility of Local Preachers’ Meetings. However, since LPMA demerged into two separate organisations, there has been some confusion over how donations should be directed. This statement has been issued to clarify the situation. Please make this known in your Worship Leaders’ and Preachers’ Meeting and continue to encourage them to support the excellent work done by LWPT and LWP Homes.
