Methodist Worship Book Survey

We would like to know how you currently use, and in the future plan to use, the Methodist Worship Book (MWB).  

The MWB is about to be reprinted, we understand worship has changed so we would like to know how you use the worship book and if you require it in an electronic form, what does that look like.
