Ministers e-mail migration update

Dear ministers

Overall, the migration to the new email system is largely complete with only a small proportion of historic emails still to be transferred. We anticipate that the migration will be entirely complete by end of the day on Wednesday, 6 November 2024. We do want to apologise to those whose accounts have taken longer to migrate than originally anticipated. Although we had allowed for contingencies, we experienced issues with data bandwidth that slowed the process.
