Wellbeing Survey Webinars 2022 update
Dear colleagues,
Wellbeing sent out a wellbeing survey early summer this year, seeking feedback from both employees and Ministers about the wellbeing function and service provided. Thank you to all who contributed to our request for information enabling us to implement what you all have asked for as part of our wellbeing strategy.
One of the requests made by you all was for wellbeing to provide further information on certain topics; therefore, we are providing targeted webinars based on the wellbeing survey for 2022. There will be a series of five webinars, please see below:
- Nutrition and Wellness on February 17, 2022 online at 10:30 – 12.30, 2hrs hosted by Barbara Cox-Lovesy, Nutritionist
Join award-winning nutritionist, Barbara Cox-Lovesy for a fun and informative webinar on nutrition and wellness.
The webinar will be split into four sections with lots of practical hints, tips and ideas to easy implement afterwards.
The sections are:
- Increase Your Energy
- Weight Loss
- Positive Mental Health
- Creating healthy Habits
Each section will look at foods to incorporate, foods to avoid, recipe ideas, lifestyle ideas and healthy habits to create a daily structure and routine so you can stay motivated to reach your goals.
- Self-care in the workplace and understanding anxiety on Wednesday 16 March 2022 starting at 10.00 -13.00pm (3hrs) hosted by Linda Hafez, accredited integrative counsellor
- Suicide Awareness, Real Talk: Introduction to Suicide Prevention online course on Wednesday 27 April 2022 @ 1pm – 3pm (3hrs) hosted by Grassroots, suicide prevention
- Young people and Mental Health - level one, Nurturing our children in everyday life or during a crisis level 2, Experiencing and experimenting with the tools that calm the nervous system and increase resilience” on Tuesday 31 May 2022 @ 9.30 -4.30pm hosted by Kids Inspire
- Physical impairments and disabilities in the workplace – support, guidance and information, panel event on Thursday 7 July 2022 @ 11 – 11.40am
