Wellbeing webinars update
HR and Wellbeing are offering another date for Self-care in the workplace and understanding anxiety Thursday 19 May 2022 from 10 – 1pm (3hrs). We only have 14 places available.
Brief overview of sessions /outcomes achieved:
- Understanding barriers to self-care in the work place
- Self-care tools
- Understanding anxiety and the fight/flight response
- Understanding negative impacts on daily function.
- Tools to over-come anxiety and sleep difficulties
Information about the therapist:
Linda Hafez is an accredited integrative counsellor, family practitioner and therapeutic supervisor. Linda is currently the mental health therapeutic supervisor in schools and charities in London. Linda also has her own private practice offering counselling and supervision. She has over 12 years of experience as a therapist and has published articles on self-care.
