“The dates for the 2025 programme are as follows:
 

Introductions:          21 January 2025

Day 1:                        3 February 2025: Called to lead and knowing your strengths 

Day 2:                        4 February 2025: A deeper understanding of yourself and your new role

Day 3:                        6 March 2025: Supervision and Conflict Resolution

Day 4:                        1 April 2025: Reflective Line Management 

Day 5:                        1 May 2025: Tools for Leadership 

Day 6:                        11 June 2025: Keeping it Legal

Day 7:                        8 July 2025: Complaints and how to handle them well

Day 8:                        25 September 2025: Listening for God         

Day 9:                       18 November 2025: Enabling Mission & Evangelism

Please note that Day 1 & 2 will be residential dates at Cliff College. All others will be online morning sessions with the exception of line management training on 1 April 2025, which is a full day online event"
