You are invited to shadow people who are serving God in roles which either you are considering, or in roles which will widen your horizons
When you get ready to register as an Explorer, you will meet with your church leader (who will write a letter to support your application) and when you and they meet, part of the conversation will include 'what shadowing opportunities' will be good for you.
