The general Handover guidance in Step 8 applies equally to Partnerships projects but we wish to emphasise the importance of community involvement and your scheme, as it’s a fundamental part of your scheme review and development. As well, it is important to involve and inform your partners in key stages of the completion and be sure to invite them to any opening event.
