Now the time came for Elizabeth to give birth, and she bore a son. Her neighbours and relatives heard that the Lord had shown his great mercy to her, and they rejoiced with her. (vs 57-58)

But God raised him up, having freed him from death, because it was impossible for him to be held in its power. (v. 24)

'In the last days it will be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.' (v. 17)

All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability. (v. 4) 'And how is it that we hear, each of us, in our own native language?' (v. 8) All were amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, 'What does this mean?' (v.12)

‘Show us which one of these two you have chosen to take the place in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.' (vs 24-25)

The man from whom the demons had gone out begged to go with him, but Jesus sent him away, saying, 'Return home and tell how much God has done for you.' So the man went away and told all over town how much Jesus had done for him. (vs 38-39)

'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory.' (v. 3)

It is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if we in fact suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him. (vs 16-17)

At once I was in the spirit, and there in heaven stood a throne, with one seated on the throne! And the one seated there looks like jasper and carnelian, and around the throne is a rainbow that looks like an emerald. (vs 2-3)

'Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.' (v. 19)

...then I was beside him, like a master worker, and I was daily his delight, playing before him always, playing in his inhabited world and delighting in the human race. (vs 30-31)

And God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. (v. 4)
