Then they said, 'Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.' (v. 4)
On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, 'Let anyone who is thirsty come to me, and let the one who believes in me drink.' (vs. 37-38)
The time is surely coming, says the LORD, when the one who ploughs shall overtake the one who reaps and the treader of grapes the one who sows the seed. (v. 13a)
