You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame. You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I, the Lord, am your God and there is no other.And my people shall never again be put to shame. (vs 26-27)

Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love, and relents from punishing. (v. 13)

They only heard it said, ‘The one who formerly was persecuting us is now proclaiming the faith he once tried to destroy.’ And they glorified God because of me. (vs 23-24)

To you, O Lord, I cry. For fire has devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and flames have burned all the trees of the field. Even the wild animals cry to you because the watercourses are dried up, and fire has devoured the pastures of the wilderness. (vs 19-20)

Hear this, O elders, give ear, all inhabitants of the land! Has such a thing happened in your days, or in the days of your ancestors? (v. 2)

Now when Jesus heard that John had been arrested, he withdrew to Galilee. (v. 12)

I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. (v. 13)

If we receive human testimony, the testimony of God is greater; for this is the testimony of God that he has testified to his Son. (v. 9)

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love. (v. 18)

So we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them. (v. 16)

We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us – and we ought to lay down our lives for one another. (v. 16)

'See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God.' (v. 1)
