Jesus answered him, ‘Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.’ (v. 4)

‘So do not be afraid; you are of more value than many sparrows.’ (v. 31)

The Passover of the Jews was near, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. (v. 13)

Jesus did this, the first of his signs, in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him. (v. 11)

The next day John again was standing with two of his disciples, and as he watched Jesus walk by, he exclaimed, 'Look, here is the Lamb of God!' (vs 35-36)

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him and declared, 'Here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!' (v. 29)

The light shines in the darkness… (v. 5a)
