We always pray for you, asking that our God will make you worthy of his call and will fulfil by his power every good resolve and work of faith, so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. (vs 11-12)

Therefore encourage one another and build up each other, as indeed you are doing. (v. 11)

As you learned from us how you ought to live and to please God (as, in fact, you are doing), you should do so more and more. For you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus. For this is the will of God, your sanctification. (vs 1-3)

And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, just as we abound in love for you. (v. 12)

The beginning of the good news of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (v. 1)

We sent Timothy, our brother and co-worker for God in proclaiming the gospel of Christ, to strengthen and encourage you for the sake of your faith. (v. 2)

Then they will see ‘the Son of Man coming in the clouds’ with great power and glory.(v. 26)
