] prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit. Then Peter and John laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit. (vs.15,17)

While they were stoning Stephen, he prayed, ‘Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.’ Then he knelt down and cried out in a loud voice, ‘Lord, do not hold this sin against them.’ When he had said this, he died. (vs 59-60)

'The Most High does not dwell in houses made with human hands.' (v. 48)

But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors, brought them out, and said, ‘Go, stand in the temple and tell the people the whole message about this life.’ (vs 19-20)

'Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me.' (v. 11)

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.' (v. 10)

With great power the apostles gave their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. (v. 33)

When they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness. (v. 31)

But Peter and John answered them, ‘Whether it is right in God’s sight to listen to you rather than to God, you must judge; for we cannot keep from speaking about what we have seen and heard.’ (vs 19-20)
