Then he said to them, “The sabbath was made for humankind, and not humankind for the sabbath; so the Son of Man is lord even of the sabbath.” (vs 27-28
When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth. (v. 13a)
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life." (v. 16)
"And my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour, for he has looked with favour on the lowliness of his servant." (vs 47-48)
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (v. 19)
So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. (v. 27)
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you. (v. 13)
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send and who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I, send me." (v. 8)
He said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (v. 14)
And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit. (v.18)
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, in order to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as children. (vs 4-5)
“Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves; otherwise we shall be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” (v. 4)
