Prayer for Disability History Month

Holy God

During this Disability History Month
we long for greater understanding of all disabled people, in every country,
and for true inclusion of disabled people in all aspects of life.

We pray that all individuals, organisations, and governments,
will recognise your call to love one another as you love us,
working to improve attitudes to accessibility,
as well as technology, health care, and social care.

Through your Holy Spirit, empower disabled people, and allies,
to continue to challenge inaccessibility, and injustice,
so all can experience quality of life and find belonging.
