The privacy notice should be supplied to anyone who is subject to a safeguarding concern. The information receipt may be used to confirm communication and support preferences where not already requested by other means. July 2022.
Note regarding 2022 forms update:
The update has ensured that all forms are UK GDPR compliant and is also following the update to our Privacy Notice, which can be found at Privacy notice (methodist.org.uk).
An Annex 3 has been added at the bottom of the Privacy Notice in respect of the additional data that the safeguarding team processes. This means that the forms are now shorter and more user friendly and that we do not have any more than one main overarching Privacy Notice. In line with this we have renamed the updated safeguarding Privacy Notice forms to Personal Data Processing Statements. It signposts to our main privacy notice which contains all of the detailed information as to how we collect, process and retain data.
