SGC/1 Safeguarding Contract Information Summary

This form should be used to collate information to support introduction of a safeguarding contract where there is an automatic requirement under standing orders 010 prior to a party engaging with the Methodist Church. It should be used in conjunction with SGC/2 & 3. June 2020.

SGC/2 Safeguarding Contract Summary of Risks

To summarise risks to support introduction of a safeguarding contract where there is an automatic requirement under standing order 010 and 690 for engagement in church activities.  The summary of risks should be based on information collated via SGC/1. January 2019.

SGC/3 Safeguarding Contract Template

This form should be used to produce a safeguarding contract following completion of SGC/1 & 2 or following the decision of a Safeguarding Panel that a safeguarding contract is required. January 2019.

SGC/4 Safeguarding Contract Annual Review Form

To be completed on annual basis for all safeguarding contracts. January 2019.

SGC/5 Safeguarding Contract District Risk Assessment to Remove/Change Safeguarding Contract

This form should be completed when a review has been initiated (standing order 690A) and a risk assessment is required to be considered by a Safeguarding Panel. January 2019
